Returns

1. Go to busishop.no/account (or busi.shop/account if you ordered there) and log in with the e-mail you used for your order. You get a one-time code, no password needed.
2. Open the order and click Return items.
3. Pick the items and the reason, and send the request.

Once your return is approved, we e-mail you a return label. It can take a few days before you hear from us, so hang tight. Please don't send anything back before you have the label.

Items must be in perfect, unused condition, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging. Request your return within 14 days of receiving your order, and send the items back within 30 days.

If the pants are too long, they may be damaged by the sharp steel edges of skis. Choosing the correct size helps keep the pants looking fresh and performing at their best.

Please note: damage caused by ski steel edges is considered normal wear and is not covered by warranty. BUSI Company cannot be held responsible for such damage.

We don't do direct exchanges. Wrong size or colour? Return the item from your account and place a new order for the one you want, while it's still in stock.

Want to know if a sold-out size is coming back? Ask us and we'll let you know.

Your refund goes to your original payment method. Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, please allow 10 to 15 business days for the refund to be processed.

Original shipping costs are not refunded, except for faulty or incorrect items.

Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Start every return from your account before you send anything. Parcels sent back without a registered return are not accepted. The customer is responsible for making sure the return parcel is correctly addressed and handed in.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, do not pay for anything. Contact us with your order number and a few photos, and we will cover the return shipping and refund the original shipping cost as well.
