Contact us

Returning something? You don't need us for that. Start the return yourself at busishop.no/account: log in with the e-mail you used for your order, open the order and click Return items. Changing an order? Write to us as soon as possible, since we pack within 1-3 business days.

Describe what happened and how the garment has been used and washed, and send photos with the button under the message (the issue, the whole garment and the care label). Faulty or wrong item? Write here instead of starting a return from your account, so it's handled as a claim. See Repair & Warranty.

Tracking not moving? Allow 24 hours after dispatch, and check the pick-up point in the tracking link. Delivery times are explained in the Help Center.

Tell us your height, weight and how you like it to fit, and which product you're looking at, and we'll recommend a size. The size guide has garment measurements for every style, and if the size turns out wrong you can return it and order another.

Tell us the product, colour and size and we'll let you know if and when it's coming back.

Line sheets, order windows and terms: see Wholesale & Media for direct contacts, or write here and we'll route it.

Media requests, rider and partnership enquiries: the contacts are on Wholesale & Media, or write here.
